I wanna play highresaudio files like flac 192khz (classic music)
which CubieNOS board should be the best decision for this case ?

It is possible to get more information in a video for a working CubieNOS board

  Thanks for you interest.
  
  In my personal opinion version B sounds slightly better. It’s also easy with very basic soldering skills to change between version A and version B.
  
  We don’t have any video at the moment but I can assure you it works great, especially with the linux compilation we are using. We also provide a precompilaed and installed software which you can find in the Shop.

How does my OS talk to the DAC. Does it show up like and ALSA audio device once connected?

Hi guys, I’m really interested in the add on DAC’s for Raspberry Pi, could you please tell me if they are compatible with Raspberry Pi 2?

  We are working on a new range of DAC’s for Odroid since we think it is much better suited for audio than Raspberry PI. Reason is because the RPi’s I²S is limited and without a masterclock, while the Odroid provides a masterclock.
  
  We will release the first DAC in this new concept with AKM chips in nearest future.

  I can tell you some things that we didnt mention. The new concept will be delivered with remote control, 3.5″ color display. With the remote you will be able to switch between the internal dac filters, adjust volume, etc…
